Inquire
This is the first step into getting more information for your big day! On our inquiry form you will tell us all the details of your wedding and include lots of inspiration.
Proposal
About two - three months before your wedding, you’ll receive your final floral proposal and investment. This is when we’ll finalize all of the details, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure everything is exactly where it needs to be for your big day.
Consultation
After we receive your form we will reach-out to you to set up a consultation meeting to discuss your form and answer any questions you may have.
Final Details
Once your proposal is finalized, we’ll take care of the finishing touches! We’ll confirm all of your floral details, quantities, colors, and delivery information so everything is ready and organized for your wedding day.
Booking
Once you feel confident that we are the right florist for you, you can officially reserve your wedding date by submitting your deposit. This secures your spot on my calendar, and from there, we’ll continue working together to bring your floral vision to life!

Bring a little creativity to your next event with a Fudgefarm Flowers ✼ Bar! Guests can choose their favorite blooms and create their own custom bouquet to take home. Our flower bars are a fun, interactive addition to bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, girls’ nights, markets, and more.
How It Works.
We’ll bring a beautiful selection of fresh seasonal flowers and everything your guests need to create their own bouquet. Including snips, ribbon, and wraps. Guests can mix and match their favorite blooms, choose their greenery, and wrap their bouquet to make it completely their own. Our flower bar can be customized to fit your event, color palette, flower preferences, and guest count.

Evergreen Classes
What is it?
We offer cozy winter arranging class where you’ll learn how to create your own beautiful evergreen arrangement using fresh seasonal greenery, winter accents, and a little creativity.Whether you’re a seasoned flower lover or have never arranged flowers before, these classes are designed to be fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process and leave with an arrangement you made yourself!
Whats Included?
Fresh evergreen greenery, seasonal accents, and all floral supplies. We’ll walk through the basics of arranging, share tips and tricks along the way, and give you plenty of time to make your design your own.
No experience necessary — just come ready to create! Gather, create & enjoy. These classes are the perfect winter activity to enjoy with friends, family, or even as a little creative time for yourself. Bring your favorite people, grab a drink, and spend an afternoon creating something beautiful.
